About Via Virtual
The Via program, offered 100% online, will be the same program as the in-person model with various adaptations. The virtual cohort will be led by a participant facilitator, start and end with a retreat, and consist of 16 live cohort meetings.
Via Virtual is for those who do not live in a region where Via operates. People who live in a region where Via operates may participate in Via Virtual (given extenuating circumstances), however, those who do not have Via in their region are prioritized in the selection process. The cost of virtual Via cohort is $250.
Virtual Cohorts of Via will begin in February of 2026 and run through December of 2026. In-Person cohorts will begin in Fall of 2026.

MARCH TO EARLY MAY 2026
Module 1: Spirituality
Where you will be introduced to Ignatian spirituality and the concept of “finding God in all things”, rooted in the teachings of St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits. You will also experience the different kinds of prayer found within the tradition.
MAY TO MID JULY 2026
Module 2: Discernment
Where you will discover the practice at the center of Ignatian spirituality, which encourages us to pay attention to the movements of our heart and soul to help us decide how to respond to God’s invitation.
LATE JULY TO MID SEPTEMBER 2026
Module 3: Jesuit Tradition and Heritage
Where you will explore the rich history of the Society of Jesus in the many ministries that were founded by Jesuits as well as the culture that helped birth Jesuit institutions around the world.
OCTOBER TO LATE NOVEMBER 2026
Module 4: Mission
Where you will discover what it means to be a person of mission. What is your sense of purpose? How are you being asked to respond in service to God, people, or the world?
