Invitation to Experience the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius in Everyday Life
If you would like a deep dive in to Ignatian Spirituality, there’s no better way to do so than by experiencing the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius. Most offerings of the spiritual exercises in everyday life begin in the early fall and last through the spring, so now is the time to discern and apply. In terms of the time commitment involved, St. Raphaela Center advises people to set aside one hour of prayer a day, plus 15 minutes for the examen at the end of the day.
There are several opportunities in the vicinity to experience the spiritual exercise in everyday life:
Saint Raphaela Center in Havertown is one.
