About This Retreat

• Type: Retreat in Daily Life (sometimes referred to as the 19th Annotation)

• Format: We meet weekly on Wednesdays on Zoom and offer 2 sessions, morning and evening.

  • Each Pilgrim (retreatant) is assigned a Pilgrim Companion (individual spiritual director). They meet together for 45 minutes. Then, one of our Prayer Companions (guides) gives a half-hour reflection on the topic of the week to the whole group, which helps bring modern language to Ignatius' words. This reflection covers the theme for the next week's prayer.

    Note: We have been offering the 19th Annotation for 20 years in Kennebunk and now find that Zoom has opened up the opportunity for so many others to participate that we we are staying with Zoom.
