About This Retreat:
Type: Ignatian Spirituality in Everyday Life (ISEL) offers the Retreat in Everyday Life (also known as the 19th Annotation) or one-on-one Spiritual Direction.
Format: Individual Spiritual Direction, Retreats for multiple small groups during Advent and Lenten times. Some of our directors offer eight days of one-on-one directed silent retreats with spiritual exercises.
Dates: The 19th Annotation begins in the fall (or by special arrangement.) Spiritual direction may begin on any date.
Location: Online or in-person with mutual agreement between you and your spiritual director.
