Jen Sawyer is the editor-in-chief of Busted Halo. She is an alum of Contemplative Leaders in Action and a graduate of Fordham University.

Mike Hayes is a candidate for the diaconate and is the co-founder of BustedHalo.com. Currently, Mike is a freelance media specialist, writer, and spiritual director. Mike has spent his entire career ministering to young adults and is the author of 2 books: "Googling God: The Religious Landscape of People in Their 20s and 30s" and "Loving Work: A Spiritual Guide to Finding the Work We Love and Bringing Love to the Work We Do."
