Make an Ignatian Retreat

Ignatian spirituality emphasizes finding God in daily life. But once in a while it is important to get away to spend quiet time with God — an evening, a day, a weekend, a week.

The Spiritual Exercises are the foundation of Ignatian spirituality. This retreat can be made in many different formats. The 30-Day retreat, also called the “long retreat,” and the Exercises in Daily Life, sometimes referred to as the “19th Annotation,” are two traditional forms of making of the full Exercises. However, there are many shorter versions.

Ignatian retreats come in all shapes and sizes.
